Return & Exchange Policy

At Rango Store we want you to be happy with every collectible. Please read the terms below before requesting a return or exchange.

Eligibility

• You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in their original, unopened condition with intact packaging.
• Because Funko Pops are collectibles, opened items cannot be returned unless they arrived defective or damaged in transit.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the item ships. Once shipped, the standard policy above applies.

How to Request

Message us on WhatsApp +965 66556392 or email support@rangostore.com with your order number and details. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are covered by Rango Store when the item is defective or incorrect. For change-of-mind returns, shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
